Lesley is a business leader with a proven track record in starting new companies, developing new revenue models and guiding culture change through innovation. She is passionate about the opportunity to have an impact on patient care and healthcare delivery through new technologies.

Lesley has two decades worth of experience in business and strategic planning, business development, marketing and partnerships. She is skilled at creating growth at start up, early stage and large companies, and is proficient in recruiting, training, motivating and instilling confidence in individuals and teams.

Lesley is currently SVP Innovation & Chief Innovation Officer at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Previously, Lesley held leadership roles at Brigham & Women's Hospital, including Strategy and Innovation Director at the Brigham Research Institute, Executive Director at the Brigham Innovation Hub, and Director of ePhilanthropy. Lesley has also held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing & Business Development at New Word City, Prospectiv, Gather.com, now Skyword, Yoga Works, Barnes & Noble.com, and the Food Network.

Education: Lesley holds a BA in English from Cornell University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a member of the Entrepreneurship Club and Founder of the HBS Women's Alumni Mentorship Program.
